“We should never despair, our Situation before has been unpromising and has changed for the better, so I trust, it will again. If new difficulties arise, we must only put forth new Exertions and proportion our Efforts to the exigency of the times.” —George Washington

Understatement
BizzyBlog has a great debunking of the reporting being done on the GM restructuring. Once again, the Obaslobbering press, doing everything they can to portray their guy pulling financial rabbits out of hats as the stage burns, carefully omits how much money WE have spent just to get GM out of bankruptcy...it's in the neighborhood of $100 BILLION. The same result could have been achieved six months sooner with no government intervention, but let's not let facts clutter up a great story!

The creation of "Government Motors" should terrify every freedom loving American--and I know they are out there despite the press telling us that everyone is lining up to gladly trade all their freedoms in for a secure life run by Washington.
