Thus the American people may be waking up and saying STOP THE SPENDING!! We are broke and this is not getting us anywhere--except inserting Uncle Sam ( or more appropriately, "Big Brother"--don't think the Uncle ever wanted to be this omnipresent) in every aspect of our lives.
PS Could I have some of those pennies--that adds up to some serious change!
