Other than the laughter (and this is O's team!) the best part is the surprise in the woman reporter's voice when she says "so it's not," to Gibbs' "uh, umm, uh, we are going to let the process work it's way through." The "it" is the pledge not to raise taxes on anyone making less than $250K.
