The Cheney Effect
Despite all the negative press, perhaps the calm common sense of Dick Cheney's speech last week won out over the glitzy telepromptered Obamashow. Gallup is reporting that by a 65% to 32% margin, Americans are opposed to closing Gitmo. On the polling front, Rasmussen is reporting that Cheney is more popular than Nancy Pelosi! (I wouldn't brag about that, Jack the Ripper would probably poll higher than that embarrassment.) But maybe, just maybe the ship is starting to turn a little bit...here's another piece of the Rasmussen poll:
The ONE's approval and disapproval numbers are converging. Now that would be huge news if it were the hated Boosh! who was lambasted non-stop about bad poll numbers...but for Santa Obamista, not a whimper out of the MSM. Helms a-lee!
