What if George W. Bush had launched a major healthcare initiative with the following logo on all the letterhead and websites:

You are right - it's a little weird. We might have been disturbed that our President had mistaken his persona for that of the country, or at least a major initiative for the country. Perhaps he could have launched his post 9-11 initiatives with the following catchy symbol:
Yeah, strange.
