Canada's Turn in the Tank

The Canadians haven't gotten the memo - in the world according to O, we "keep our friends close and our enemies closer." So we've insulted the Brits, the Israelis, the Columbians...now it's Canada's turn. This from the Canadian press:

Can someone please tell us how U. S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano got her job? She appears to be about as knowledgeable about border issues as a late-night radio call-in yahoo.
