"Heteronormative"

More of the talking out of both sides of their mouth from the Administratione : "Obama's Faith-Based Advisor Urges Moving Beyond Heteronormative Fatherhood."

(Hat tip National Scene)

The parallels to Orwell's "1984" continue to mount with this bunch. Change the language and feel better:

WAR IS PEACE
FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

I guess we need to add some of the following now:

"HETERONORMATIVE IS ABNORMAL"
"GAY IS GOOD"
"ABORTION IS LIFE"
"RED INK IS BLACK INK"

Remember when words meant something?

Had a snarky little comment from Mr. Anonymous about this post...some of the content was not fit for publication. But he/she tried to counter the argument in the article linked in this post that children of gay couples don't grow up as stable as children of heterosexual couples and offered in his/her usual self-righteous way the following link:
http://www.narth.com/docs/does.html

So I went to the link and if Mr/Ms A had taken the time to read their own links they would have realized that it affirms the original post. Poor liberals - it's bad enough when you can't think and have to substitute Kos-chant hate speech...but it's got to be really tough when you can't read your own stuff.

From the article:

"These studies find no significant differences between children of lesbian and heterosexual mothers in anxiety, depression, self-esteem and numerous other measures of social and psychological adjustment"

A direct quote. Can you read???

the article simply said that kids who grow up w/ same sex parents are less likely to be freaked out by same-sex people. there is NO data that they end up as criminals, druggies, or whatever else you are trying to say. 2 parents are better than one. who cares what gender they are? (you do, obviously, but we can all take comfort ion the fact that you once again find yourself in a dwindling minority).

as i said, you are just sad that those people will grow up to never in life vote for the GOP. so of course you don't like it. fear of gays is one of the last 2 things 'social conservatives' can agree on... that's hardly a sustainable future platform, guy. eventually there will be equal rights for all orientations, and to stick your head in the sand and pretend it isnt gonna happen is... exactly why nobody listen to you anymore.

if it is coming regardless of your personal opinion (as it clearly is... 5 states and counting as we speak), what is it that you see as a benefit from decrying it? (or do you just 'feel good' to have your bigotry on the record, so you can point to it when the second coming arrives and jesus comes to take you into the sky on a chariot of feathers and sparkles?)

From the article:

One study examined by the researchers indicated that a significantly greater proportion of young adult children raised by lesbians had engaged in a same-sex relationship (six of 25 interviewed) than those raised by a heterosexual mother (none of 20 interviewed).

Those raised by lesbian mothers were also more likely to consider a homosexual relationship.

And on it goes.

If your assertion is that Democrats own the Gay Lobby, (or the other way around), you are correct. That's all the liberal establishment is anymore, an amalgam of grievances.
