More Evidence That We Are Not Recovering

Saw this over at the Chart of the Day. Look in the lower left-hand corner and you will see the "You are Here" label. Let's put it this way: if George W. Bush was the President and the stock market was "rallying" like this - i.e. shorter in duration and weaker in growth - would the main stream press be calling this a "recovery?"
