This goes back to July, and like all things "O," they get said and then forgotten. When not asked by a responsible media - two mutually exclusive terms - they can be buried till after the election. This stuff is truly chilling...who will the Civilian Security Force report to? The Governors or Mayors? The Senators? The Royal Palace Guard? Obama Himself?
